I am a doctoral student in energy and environmental policy at the Carter School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech.

My research uses quasi-experimental methods along with historical and contemporary datasets to study the economics of energy markets, utility regulation, and energy affordability.

Much of my work sits at the intersection of public economics and energy policy.
